Registration and Fees
1. How do I register for the conference?

  • Step 1: Identify which type of applicant you identify as.​

General Admission includes industry professionals, government agencies and associations​

Academic Admission includes presenting and non-presenting lecturers and researchers

Student/Member Admission includes active students and members of SRS, REBORN, SEARA and other designated partners.

  • Step 2: Fill-in the Registration Form here. 

  • Step 3: Wait for the Conference Committee to provide you with the payment details. 

  • Step 4: Fill in the Payment Form provided to you by the Conference Committee and proceed with the payment. 

  • Step 5: The  Conference Committee will send a confirmation of receipt of payment, together with the invoice.  

2. How much is the conference fee?

Conference fees vary depending on the activities and method you will be attending.

Meals, Accommodation, and Transportation

1. What type of meals will be prepared during the conference and Responsible Tourism Fieldwork?
2. Where will I be accommodated?

  • Meals and refreshments will be Halal Malaysian cuisine. 

  • If you have specific dietary restrictions, please indicate them in the Registration Form here.

You may either stay at The Theatre Hotel Kuching or other hotels nearby the venue. 

The Conference Committee will assist you in booking your accommodation. To do so, please provide your information here. 

3. How do I get to the conference venue?

You can get to The Theatre Hotel Kuching from your accommodation using Grab car.

We recommend that you download the Grab app prior to your trip to Kuching (Sarawak, Malaysia) here.
