  • Standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am
  • An extension for the group check-out hour until 1:00 pm is available for an additional MYR50 per room.
  • The security deposit is required for each room at MYR100.
  • 1 USD = MYR 4.50
  • All room rates are inclusive of 8% SST
  • Tourism Tax will be applied to non-Malaysian under Section 6 Tourism Act 2017. The tourism tax rate is MYR10 per room per night and to be paid upon arrival or during reservation.

ABOUT KUCHING, SARAWAK

Kuching is the capital city of the state of Sarawak, located on the island of Borneo in Malaysia. It is the largest city in Sarawak and serves as an economic, cultural, and political hub for the region. The state has also been commended for its preservation and promotion efforts. Kuching, in particular, has a rich cultural heritage, which can empower youths to grow their advocacies. Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in living traditions; explore archaeological sites; and visit museums. Sarawak is also emerging as a frontrunner in championing national tourism and thus, has become the forefront of Malaysia’s cultural and economic development. As host of ICRTH 2024 Sarawak will not only contribute to the growth of the local but national, and even international tourism sector and provide benefits to the business world and offer participants the opportunity to experience local culture authentically.

  • Have a Visa (For Countries that require Visa to enter)

  • Have a travel ticket to your home country or country of residence or third country as well as adequate expenses while in Malaysia (determined by the Immigration Officer at the entrance).

  • Not belonging to a Prohibited Immigrant under Section 8 (3) of the Immigration Act 1959/63.

  • Not included in the Fake List of Immigration Department of Malaysia.

  • Have Passport or Travel Documents issued to it and still occur.

  • The prohibited state is Israel

  • Countries that are not mentioned may enter without Visa according to the time of stay on a Social Visit Pass (Social) in between 30 days to 90 days according to the Citizens' entitlement.
