Keynote speeches will be delivered by international speakers, shedding light on tourism challenges and the ways forward. They are Ms. Anita Mendiratta (UNWTO), Prof. Dr. Joseph Cheer (Japan), Mr. Fergus Maclaren (ICOMOS) and many more!

Professional Dialogues
Mode: Physical (Livestream) & Virtual
Professional dialogues will feature national and international tourism professionals, discussing tourism issues and solutions.
Industrial Panel Sessions
Mode: Physical (Livestream) & Virtual
Industrial panel sessions are where speakers from different countries will talk about specific tourism topics. More than 20 sessions will be arranged in three days. All sessions will be recorded and uploaded on the conference website for (re)watch. Attendance in person is encouraged.

Academic Presentation Sessions
Mode: Physical (Livestream) & Virtual
Academic presentation sessions are for those who wish to present their research works, such as academics and graduate students. Extended abstracts which are accepted for presentation will be assigned timeslots and guidelines at a later date. While all abstracts will be published as conference proceedings with an ISBN, awards and publication opportunities will also be provided to quality abstracts. Physical presentation is encouraged.

Workshops
Mode: Physical
Workshops will be conducted physically at the conference venue concurrently with the industrial and academic sessions. There will be 9 workshops for delegates to choose from, featuring expert instructors in tourism research and practice.
Exhibitions
Mode: Physical
Excursion tour is complimentary for all delegates attending the conference in-person and it is scheduled on the second day. Delegates will visit Borneo Cultures Museum, the second largest museum in Southeast Asia and be taken on a city tour and/or a sunset river cruise.

Networking Dinner
Mode: Physical
All delegates attending in-person will be ushered to the Networking Dinner right after the Excursion Tour. This is where delegates can spend good hours with the speakers and other delegates while trying local dishes. Note that Kuching City is part of UNESCO gastronomy network!
